Early Learning Centre - engaging customers with Inspiration Centre
Early Learning Centre is developing an Inspiration Centre. It gives parents ideas on how to play with their children and there's a resident expert to answer questions. They're promoting it with a monthly newsletter.
It's not as as interactive as it might be, but ELC is part of the Mothercare group, which has Gurgle as their social networking site.
It's a good idea though - most ELC customers are looking for inspiration when they visit the website/the stores and so this is a nice way of engaging them.
